Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable

We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
