Golden and crisp with a soft, fluffy center, these pandan coconut waffles bring gentle sweetness and a hint of floral aroma. A warm, nostalgic flavor made simple for any time of day.
Ingredients:
1¼ cups water
1 egg (or egg substitute of choice)
2 tbsp neutral oil (such as canola or vegetable)
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together water, egg, and oil.
Add waffle mix and whisk until batter is well combined.
Preheat waffle maker to medium high.
Depending on your iron size, ladle 1/2-3/4 cup of batter into the preheated waffle iron, close to the center of the iron.
Let cook until little to no steam rises from the iron and the desired browning is achieved, ~1-2 minutes.
Cool & Serve: Place on a cooling rack to cool down or serve fresh.
